ABOUT THE SHOW

A portrait of 20th-century American childhood, The Fabelmans is a coming-of-age story about a young man’s discovery of a shattering family secret and an exploration of the power of movies to help us see the truth about each other and ourselves.

The Fabelmans is nominated for seven Academy Awards including Best Picture, Best Actress in a Leading Role (Michelle Williams), Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Judd Hirsch), Best Director (Steven Spielberg), Best Original Screenplay (Steven Spielberg and Tony Kushner), Best Original Score (John Williams), and Best Production Design (Rick Carter; Set Decoration: Karen O'Hara).

The screening will be followed by a conversation with producer Kristie Macosko Krieger and production designer Rick Carter recorded at an exclusive Film at LACMA screening.

Viewing instructions will be sent to the provided email just prior to the scheduled start time. The film will be available until midnight, Tuesday, March 7.
